Aqua Ignis Sendai’s Italian restaurant “Glicine di Aquapazza” offered a dessert menu using Tainan mangoes imported by our company.

~The following is a description of the dessert from the chef
Panna cotta flavored with octagon and clove. The top layer is meringue, and the mango sauce is the mango sauce around the top.
